A idéia de que Deus é um homem branco, de grandes dimensões e barba comprida, que fica sentado no céu registrando a queda de cada pardal é ridícula. Mas, se por 'Deus' se entende o conjunto das leis físicas que regem o Universo, então é claro que esse Deus existe.
The idea that God is an oversized white male with a flowing beard who sits in the sky and tallies the fall of every sparrow is ludicrous. But if by 'God' one means the set of physical laws that govern the universe, then clearly there is such a God.
